Following the new stage of Sino-Uzbek relations, AmCham in Uzbekistan decided to invite the Counselor on Trade and Economic issues of People's Republic of China to the Republic of Uzbekistan Yu Lixin to be the Honorary Speaker of the January AmCham Monthly Meeting. AmCham members, friends and the diplomatic community had a unique opportunity to listen to a very useful presentation by Yu Lixin regarding the development of economic and commercial relations between the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Uzbekistan. After his presentation and the following question and answers session all the participants enjoyed cocktail drinks and became closer acquainted with the representatives of some of the biggest Chinese companies operating in Uzbekistan, who accompanied Yu Lixin to this meeting.
