My name is Mirpayoz Mirsaatov. I was born in 1962 in Tashkent. 

After I have finished school I entered the Tashkent Institute of National Economy (nowadays it is known as Tashkent State Economic University). After graduation in 1983 I was assigned to work for the Republic wholesale bureau “UzHozTorg” of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

For the next 8 years until 1991 I have worked in different departments and in different positions, I studied how to organize sale of goods on different levels among republics of former USSR and inside of Uzbekistan, I studied organizational and contractual work on supplies from producers to enterprises of trade.

In 1991 I became one of the first commercial agents on Uzbek Commodity Exchange and later founded my own business.

In 1994 participated in the process of democratization and privatization of the enterprises in Tashkent.

In 1995 I organized the Tashkent department of “Business Fund “ -  the fund for the support of small and medium businesses.

In 1995 I was chosen as the Chairman of the Stock Exchange “Toshkent” where I worked until 1998 and participated in the development of the equity market.

During the last five years I have been managing the diary products producing enterprise  “Bo'stonliq Sut”.
