Let me first of all express my great honor to be appointed as General Manager of Dedeman Silk Road Hotel located in such a historical city like Tashkent.
Taking this occasion please let me introduce myself in brief: after being graduated from high school in Turkey, I traveled to USA for my higher education and graduated from New York Institute of Technology, New York State University. I gained more than 25 years of experience working in different international hotel chains such as Sheraton, Regent, Renaissance, Gloria Hotels & Resorts and Dedeman Hotels and Resorts International. I hope my gained experience will serve as a strong basis to keep the tendency of being one of the best hotels in Uzbekistan.
First thing that I would like to emphasize is that Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International pays great attention to the quality of service and the company involves large amount of efforts to increase the quality of its products and service standards. By this aim we attach the necessary importance to professional values by making our personnel adapted and directed towards Guest Satisfaction.
As our Hotel is one part of Dedeman Hotels and Resorts International, let me mention that Dedeman aims to reach 50 hotels at its 50th anniversary with new hotel projects: Dedeman Gaziantep Hotel & Convention Center, Dedeman Gebze Dedeman Büyükçekmece Hotel & Spa, Dedeman Jurmala Hotel & Convention Center, Dedeman Çeşme, Dedeman Zonguldak by realizing its growth in this regard by means of management agreements, franchising, leasing or investment partnerships; 30 % of growth is projected to be abroad and 70 % in the home country. In year 2008, adding these new hotels to the chain, the number of Dedeman Hotels will increase to 24.
