Glen Lockwood, President, TFI International

Glen Lockwood is Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kyrgyzstan. Mr. Lockwood has been working in the former Soviet Union for over 15 years, and is the founder of Task Force Innovations International (TFI), a construction and services company with operations throughout Central Asia.  Mr. Lockwood studied at Princeton University in the United States and the Ecole
Polytechnique in France, and speaks English, Russian, French, Spanish and Indonesian Malay.         

Alia Kerimbaeva

Alia Kerimbaeva is a Managing Director of the Big Four international audit firm Deloitte in the Kyrgyz Republic since January 2006. She also became a Managing Director of Deloitte in the Republic of Tajikistan in July 2007. Alia has graduated from the American University  Central Asia, Business Administration department in 2000, and started her audit career in Arthur Andersen. From 2002 to 2004 Alia has worked as a senior auditor in ATCF Consulting (representative of Deloitte & Touche in Kyrgyzstan during thatperiod). Alia is a Member of the Board of Directors of the Union of Accountants and Auditors. 

Robert Anderson

Robert is an experienced manager with International experience, having worked mainly in the telecoms sector. He started out in South Africa as a Corporate Account Manager, later moving to
Saudi Arabia and UAE as an Operations manager for a Fortune 500 Company. Currently Robert is an instructor and former Chair of the Business Administration department at the American University of Central Asia. Robert is a current member on the Board of Directors of American Chamber of Commerce for the past two years.

Alexander Pichel

Alexander has started hotel career as a Bellboy at the Bristol Hotel
Kempinski in 1988. After finishing Hotel studies in 1992, he started to work for Hyatt International at the Park Hyatt in London. Various assignments in different areas of the hotel environment has let him travel through the Uk, France, Mexico, Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Germany and the United Arab Emirates. He has recently left current position as General Manager of the Hyatt Regency Bishkek and Director General of the Owning Company and will start a new challenge at the Rocco Forte Hotel "Astoria" in St Petersburg from the 23rd of October onwards.

Phil Yee

Phil Yee is Vice President, Finance, with Kumtor Operating Company which operates the Kumtor gold mine located in the Issyk-Kul Region of the Kyrgyz Republic. Kumtor Gold Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Centerra Gold Inc., a publicly traded North American based gold producer listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the largest Western based gold producer in Central Asia.
